When I was young, I visited the alps with my billionaire uncle and he took me up this trail. And the trail was the most beautiful thing I'd ever seen, even in all Switzerland. The sun was shining, the snow was frosty, the birds were singing and the trees swayed to the rhythm of a song in my head.

As we approached the top of the mount, local Swiss girls walked by and, as was customary, they gave travelling children the fuzziest cuddle.

When we got into a cabin, this huge Italian mamma was smoking duck in the kitchen and the whole place smelled like paradise. She served us our smoked-duck pasta with wine and had her 4-year-old tenor sing for us over the first two courses. That was the best damn duck meal that I'd ever eaten in my life.

The smoked-duck spaghetti at Williams ranks second.
